We offer a 15 day money back guarantee (refund) from when you receive your order and/or you have 30 days to get a store credit. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at support@instashopboutique.com within 15-30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us. Please note, holiday items are only eligible for a refund 15 days after you received your order. We do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item to us for a refund.  

We only allow cancellations on orders forup to 24 hoursafter we’ve received an order. After24 hourswe will gladly offer a store credit if you want to cancel your order. We’re a small business and our time and efforts are valuable. We start fulfilling and processing orders right away so please be courteous.

All of our items are shipped via USPS or UPS and arrive in a fashionable printed mailer bag or box. We are located in Colorado which is where all packages will ship from. 

All RTS styles will ship within 24-48 hours. Preordered styles will ship within 7-12 business days to be safe. Once your order has tracking attached and is shipped, it takes approximately 2-5 business days to receive. If outside of the US it typically takes 7-12 business days.
