I’m so glad that you found my website. 😍 My name is Taylor Hodder, I’m a 28 year old mother to the sweetest boy named Noah Ray. He saved my life and is the reason for me wanting to work from home and own my own business. We live in western slope, Colorado. I graduated in May of 2020 with my Bachelor in business management with hopes of starting an online boutique of my own. Here I am, following my dreams and showing others that you can do anything you put your mind to. I have always a passion for fashion but especially baby & kids clothing. My goal is to be able to offer the cutest styles and latest trends for the best price possible. I can’t wait to help all of you.
How will my order be shipped to me?
All of our items are shipped via USPS or UPS and arrive in a fashionable printed mailer bag or box. We are located in Colorado which is where all packages will ship from.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All RTS styles will ship within 24-48 hours. Preordered styles will ship within 7-12 business days to be safe. Once your order has tracking attached and is shipped, it takes approximately 2-5 business days to receive. If outside of the US it typically takes 7-12 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we accept payment via PayPal, Shop Pay, Sezzle and all major Credit Cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
We only allow cancellations on orders for up to 24 hours after we’ve received an order. After 24 hours we will gladly offer a store credit if you want to cancel your order. We’re a small business and our time and efforts are valuable. We start fulfilling and processing orders right away so please be courteous.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15 day money back guarantee (refund) from when you receive your order and/or you have 30 days to get a store credit. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15-30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us. Please note, holiday items are only eligible for a refund 15 days after you received your order. We do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item to us for a refund.
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
