About Us

Hey everyone, my name is Taylor Hodder and i’m a 25 year old mom to the sweetest boy in the whole world, his name is Noah. He actually saved my life and is the reason for wanting to work from home and own my own Business. We live in western slope, Colorado. I just graduated in May with my Bachelor in Business Management with hopes of starting an Online Boutique of my own. Here I am, following my dreams and showing others that you can do anything you put your mind to. I have a passion for fashion and clothing, especially baby clothes. I want to be able to offer the cutest styles and latest trends for a very affordable price. I even have a Mommy & Me section for your photo shoots and family outings. I also have new styles dropping almost daily! I can’t wait to share this journey with all of you and help keep you and your littles looking fashionable and always on trend.  


How will my order be shipped to me?

All of our items are shipped via USPS and arrive in a fashionable printed mailer bag or box. We are located in Colorado and also have a partnering warehouse in Pennsylvania. 

 

How long will it take to ship my order? 

We will process your order within 1-3 business days for all ready to ship items. Our awareness shirts and all other t-shirts are professionally screen-printed and made to order and specify in the description how long they take to ship! Once your order ships, shipping within the United States takes approximately 2-5 business days. If outside of the US it typically takes 7-12 business days.


What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept payment via PayPal and all major Credit Cards.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We only allow cancellations on orders for up to 24 hours after we’ve received an order. After 24 hours we will gladly offer a store credit if you want to cancel your order. We’re a small business and our time and efforts are valuable. We start fulfilling and processing orders right away so please be courteous.

 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from when you receive your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at support@instashopboutique.com within 30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for a refund. Please note, we do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item to us for a refund.
